You Can Do It If You Really Want

                Lynne Banovatz lost weight and you can too! Lynne says it is easy to do this even if you work away from home.

                She started each day with a Medifast oatmeal. And everyday she ate five small Medifast meals and one “lean & green” meal. Lynne found that restaurants that didn’t have a grilled chicken breast on the menu would grill one for her anyway. Then she would select her “green” offering from the choices on the menu.

                Do you have to eat oatmeal? No, of course not, there are many choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As long as you eat 5 Medifast meals and one “lean & green,” you are OK. The Medifast meals have all the vitamins and minerals you need on a daily basis.

                Lynne said “Coach Joy Povenz was great! She didn’t bug me or call me constantly, but she was available to answer any questions.” When Lynne ordered Medifast foods she didn’t particularly like, Joy traded out with her for something she did like. Joy shared with her little tidbits she had learned when she started the program, like adding little extras to the food that could enhance it without altering the process.

                Strict adherence to the program is required to make the weight loss start and continue in a rapid fashion. It’s a process that takes about three days to “kick in” and start the fat-burning process. After that, following the program will result in steady weight loss.

                 When asked for advice, Lynne said, “Just Do It! Why wait to do something that can improve your health? Medifast is the best ‘get healthy/ get thin’ program I have ever tried, and overtime I have tried a lot of them. You’ll be proud of your accomplishment every time you look in the mirror.”
